  1. What are the conditions for becoming a loyal customer?
    It's very simple :-). A loyal customer is someone who has registered at 360pizza.com and shops as a logged-in customer on the website or kiosk.
     
  2. I received a 360pizza loyalty card. How do I activate it?
    You don't have to go far to activate your loyalty card. You can do it easily on this page. Just enter your contact details, copy the number from the loyalty card you received, and choose your own password.
     
  3. I don't want another plastic card. Can I be a loyal customer even without a card?
    With us, definitely :-). Just create an account and we will register you. Your loyalty card will be only virtual, so you just need to have your mobile phone always at hand :-). Register at this link. Before submitting your registration, don't forget to check all entered details :-). Once you confirm the correctness of your e-mail address and phone number, you can start shopping with loyalty benefits.
     
  4. How do I know how many pizzas separate me from the 3rd pizza for 60%?
    You can find the current status of your points after logging into your account in the "My Pizza" section.
     
  5. Do my points have any expiration?
    Yes, points are valid for 30 days from the first point earned. You can easily check your current status in the 360pizza mobile app or at a self-service kiosk. But don't worry, if you are registered in the app, we will send you a notification by e-mail before they expire.
     
  6. Can I shop as a loyal customer at the restaurant too?
    Of course :-). Just log in using your phone number or loyalty card at our self-service kiosks before making a purchase.
     
  7. For which products do I collect points?
    A point will be added to your loyalty account for every purchase of a non-discounted Classico size pizza (32cm). Points are not added if a discount coupon is applied to the order.
